Setanta Centre

The Setanta Centre is a 123,000 sq. ft. office built in 1975 and extending over 7 floors. It incorporates four retail units and a 225 space public car park at basement level.  The Setanta Centre was let primarily to the Government under 35 year leases, which subsequently renewed the terms due to the proximity to the central  government area and the Dáil.
